How it Works

Three steps: pick the location you want on your letterhead, sign up, and start using the address as soon as your 1583 form clears.

    You can start using your new business address as soon as your 1583 form is received and your membership has been approved and activated. We’ll receive your mail and small packages during business hours—just stop by to pick them up between 9am and 5pm, M-F.

Virtual Mailbox & Virtual Office FAQs

A virtual mailbox gives you a professional business address at a real location where you can receive mail and packages without renting office space. Instead of using your home address for business, you use a CENTRL location address.

We provide you with a real street address at one of our CENTRL locations where you can receive mail and small packages. We accept deliveries from all major carriers and couriers during business hours. Simply stop by your location between 9am and 5pm on weekdays to collect your mail—no appointments needed.

Virtual mailboxes are ideal for freelancers, small business owners, startups, and established companies opening locations in new markets. Anyone who needs a professional business address without renting physical office space can benefit.

You can start using your CENTRL address as soon as your 1583 form is completed and your membership is accepted and activated.

Yes. We charge a one-time $45 set up fee for all Virtual Mail products.

All memberships are billed on the 1st of the month. Package handling and mailing services may incur additional fees.

It depends on your state. Business registration rules vary—some states accept virtual office addresses for LLC filings, while others require a physical office. Check with your state's Secretary of State office to confirm what's allowed before completing your registration.

Each time we were cheerfully greeted by Madison at the front, and by our second day she remembered who we were and made our reservation for us. She expertly answered every question we had for her about the facilities and was very warm and welcoming. Andrew also helped me navigate a last-minute room reservation change at no charge after my client went to the ER, which I greatly appreciated.

The space was perfect for our needs - clean, bustling but not distracting, with helpful amenities like good coffee, fast WiFi, whiteboards, and clean restrooms. Being in the center of the Pearl District was perfect for coordinating team outings and meals. Katherine was on site each day to help with anything that came up and was a constant source of smiles and encouragement while we toiled. I felt the price was very fair and we’d definitely come back.

    This was a great experience! The phone booth I used was well lit, professional, and very easy to book. I was also very impressed with the sound control in the room. I had rented the booth during the Pride event and there was a pop up event set up right out front of the building, blasting music. I could not hear a thing in the room. Also, the staff here was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone

I joined CENTRL's Earth Day park clean-up and got to give back, tour the space, and meet some really cool people. Kaitee and Annalie, who run the place, have great energy and have created a truly welcoming community -- they even offered to promote my local solopreneurs meetup group to their members and around their office.     My startup company opted for CENTRL as our first team workspace and it's been a really great experience. Having jumped straight into traditional commercial leases in the past, not having the stresses of furnishing, cleaning, and otherwise appointing and managing bare-bones offices has been a huge relief and time-saver. Kaitee is a super pro location manager, and a super helpful and kind person, all around. Highly recommend CENTRL for a startup/small team!
